Industrial

BRUKS Group is 100% owned by the JCE Group. The company develops, manufactures and markets machines and systems for the wood-processing industry. Its product program includes machines for size reduction, transport, screening, drying and further processing. Headquarters in Arbrå, Sweden. FTG (Forest Technology Group) is 100% owned by the JCE Group. The company manufactures products for harvesting, transport and refinement of forestry raw material. Its products are sold under the Mowi, Moheda, and V-kran brands. Headquarters in Vänersborg, Sweden.

Logistics

Consafe Logistics is 100% owned by the JCE Group. The company is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of mobile logistics solutions. Most of its products are a combination of software and hardware, including both own products and products from external suppliers. Operations are divided into two business areas: Warehouse & Distribution and Mobile Solutions. Headquarters in Lund, Sweden.

Offshore

Burntisland Fabrications is 51% owned by the JCE Group, with SSE Ventures (Scottish and Southern Energy) and management as co-shareholders. BiFab is the largest fabrication company in Scotland in the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors (Offshore Wind Power). Products include topside modules, process modules, accommodation modules, subsea structures and offshore structures for the renewable energy sector. Headquarters in Fife, Scotland.

Renewables

Green Circle Bio Energy is 100% owned by the JCE Group. The company operates one pellet plant in Cottondale, North West Florida. The plant is currently the world’s largest operating pellet plant, with a projected annual capacity of about 500 000 metric tons. The company was founded in 2006 by the JCE Group and production began in May 2008. Headquarters in Cottondale, Florida, USA.

Technology

Semcon is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, with the JCE Group as its largest shareholder (~30.5%). Semcon is a global consulting company active in the areas of engineering services and product information. The Automotive industry accounts for the majority of sales. Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. Cybercom is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, with the JCE Group as its largest shareholder (~38.5%). Cybercom is an international consulting company focused on advanced IT and telecom solutions. Its service offering is divided into five main areas: Internet services, Mobile services, Security, Embedded systems, and Telecom management. The telecom sector accounts for the majority of sales. Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

Others

Consafe Capital Advisors is the management company for the Alcur hedge fund (a long/short absolute return mutual fund). The company was founded in 2006/07 by the management, the JCE Group and Consafe Invest. The JCE Group and Consafe Invest are also investors in the Alcur fund. Located in Stockholm, Sweden.
