The strong financial performance of the JCE Group over the years, has resulted in that the Company now is managing a portfolio of financial investments in listed and unlisted companies.

We use our financial investments to generate funds for investments and projects in our business areas.

The JCE Group is constantly evaluating new investments from entrepreneurs working in various industries and transaction values can vary from 10 to 200 MUSD.

JCE Group is involved in Asset Management through Consafe Capital Advisors AB, www.alcur.se, headquartered in Stockholm

The holding company acts as an internal bank and the different businesses have to request and compete with other projets for the funding for new investments and projects.

Partnership often gives faster growth and better stability

The business areas must have a high international growth potential

Business areas must be technically advanced and capital extensive or an area ”nobody” else rate as interesting

Core investments include businesses in which we have a major stake (typically more than 50 %) with a long-term interest. We are always represented on the board and we are actively engaged in the development of the business.

New Investments include businesses with rapid growth potential. Typically these businesses are in an early stage of their development or in a turn-around phase. We own between 10 and 100% in these companies and our experience in entrepreneurship helps these companies to achieve their targets. A New Investment will either become a Core Investment or be divested.

Financial Investments are investments where we look for the highest return on invested capital. We are not represented on the board and the ownership is often limited to less than 10%.
